Here is how to work with the six taps: 

-Start at the cheekbones and tap 8 to 10 xs.  You are helping stomach, sinuses and since stomach meridian runs all the way to the top of the feet, this is another way to help ground your energies. 

-Next find the two knobs at the end of the collarbone area and come down and out about an inch.  Tap with vigor.  These are the “coffee cup” points that alert the whole body and awaken the brain. These points keep your energies moving forward even when you have to keep going and you are tired. 

-Thymus above the heart supports the immune system.  Thump your thymus!

-Sea of Qi is right between the breasts and works with heart, circulation and sends energy throughout the body. 

-Follow the line just over the breasts to the first rib and tap spleen neurolymphatic points that release toxins and enhance your energy.  Now, move over laterally to the sides underneath the armpit and tap the spleen acupuncture points on each side.  Notice if any area is tender, which indicates support is needed and additional tapping will ease the tenderness. Spleen is a vital part of the immune system in both Eastern & Western medicine.  It fights infection, metabolizes our food, feelings, thoughts, emotions — it is a major player in keeping us healthy.

-Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and feel them planted firmly on the earth.  Rub your hands together and shake off.  Place palms on your thighs and once again feel your legs and feet.  Bring your palms up into prayer position in front of the heart.  Now extend your arms straight up and look up to the heavens.  Ask for all you need and want in this moment.  Gather all the grace of the universe above and below in your palms and return your palms, one over the other, to your heart.  You have created a closed circle of love around your heart.  Go back and do this again and enjoy filling your own heart with grace.  Blessings and Celebration for Heart Day ~ February 14th!

Today is a New Moon and the perfect time to write your Abundance Check.  Here is how to do just that and all the dates for 2012.

The Abundance Check is a tool you can use to create more abundance in life. Checks are written within 24 hours after a New Moon. Surprisingly, you really do not even need to believe that the check will work when you write it. You will see increased abundance in some area of your life.  Ask and Receive Abundance for your health, financial security, mental and emotional well-being, relationships and inner peace. State your intention for whatever way you need abundance in your life at this time.  Open to the endless possibilities in your life!

There is a traditional manner, which has been handed down described below. If you do not have a checking account you can draw a check on a piece of paper and fill it out the same way — the results will be the same, more abundance for you.

Here is the way the abundance check is to be written:

1.     Within 24 hours after a New Moon, take a check from your checkbook.
2.     Where the date is – write “alltime” – this does not limit the check to any three dimensional time frame.   
3.     Where it says “Pay to” write your name.
4.     In the little box on the same line where you would fill in a dollar amount write “Paid in full.” 
5.    On the line underneath your name, where you would write out a dollar amount, write “Paid in full.”

4.  Sign the check: “The Universal Law of Abundance.”

When? Within 24 hours of every New Moon  ~ 2012 new moons below:

2012: Jan. 23, Feb. 21, March 22, April 21, May 20, June 19, July 18,

          Aug. 17, Sept. 15, Oct. 15, Nov. 13 and Dec. 13

Do not put a date on the check. Do not write a specific dollar amount in the check. Put it in a safe place and forget about it.  The Universe will take it from there.  Many people are skeptical about trying this…but, after the first time they experience the power of the concept of the abundance check and make this a monthly ritual.  Take a proactive approach to your abundance and enjoy!

At Halloween, everyone gets a chance to jump the “time line” of  life and be as young, old, good, bad as desired.  How does it get any better than that!  If you are not going out “Trick or Treating” enjoy those that come to the door and take a moment to think back on your own Halloween memories.  Jump the time line back to those memorable dress ups!

Don’t just stop jumping the time line with today and Halloween.  See how you can do that in your life and “jump the time line” and see yourself being that successful salesperson, author, teacher, executive, performer, etc.,  Imagination is the greatest gift humanity possesses and can “bring to life” and manifest those dreams, ideas and creative inspirations! Give it a try.

Here is a picture of Steve Jobs with his Apple logo in the background.  Steve is forever an icon who changed our world with his Apple technology.  Even during  his illnes, Steve continued to map out future blueprints for innovative ideas at Apple. 

Steve had a wonderful philosophy on life … “We’re here to make a dent in the universe. Otherwise why else even be here?”  He certainly did just that over and over and his legacy continues to live on despite his passing.

Steve lured Pepsi executive, John Sculley to Apple with this famous quote, “do you want to sell sugar water for the rest of your life or come with me and change the world?

Change the world he did.  If he was standing in front of us right now, he might ask the same question, “how are you changing the world by the way you live every day?”  You can change the world with something as simple as a smile, kind words or a loving thought.  Steve reached into the creative corridors of the universe to serve humanity.  Make that an intention for yourself today and every day.  Let us take this moment to honor Steve Jobs and all the ways his philosophy can continue to inspire our lives!
